Easy peasy buns
Treat your self with home backed buns in the morning by preparing the easiest dough imaginable the evening before.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg until well combined.
Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
Shape the Buns: Lightly flour your hands and divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown on top.
Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them warm!
